Chart Graphical representation of data.
Data Sheet A table contains sample data and automatically appears when you create a chart.
Grouping Allows you to work with several objects as though they were one.
Handles Small boxes that appear around an object when it is selected and allow you to resize objects.
Organization charts Show the hierarchical structure and relationship within an organization.
Shift-clicking Allows you to select the objects as though they were one.
Embed Information becomes part of the current file, but is a separate object that can be edited using original appliation.
Format Painter Used to format an object with the same attributes as another object.
Grid settings Sets the spacing between the intersections of the gridlines.
Package for CD Compact all your presentation files into a single, compressed file that fits on a CD.
Snap to Moves an object to the closest gridline on a slide.
