Words used in the banking world

TermDefinition
Credit Card A card that allows a person to buy something now and pay for it later.
Budget A plan for spending money.
Interest Money that a bank pays you for keeping your money in the bank.
Safe deposit box A secure box at the bank for keeping special items.
Fee Money charged for a service.
Minimum balance The smallest amount of money a person can keep in a bank account without having to pay a fee.
Savings account Money that earns interest in a bank.
