5. Mouse- | A device that is moved across a pad on the desk surface to control movements of an indicator on the screen. |
6. Printer- | A unit connected to a computer that prints copy on paper. |
7. Function (F) Keys- | Perform software functions when used alone or in combination with other keys. |
8. Backspace- | Deletes the character to the left of the cursor. |
9. Enter (Return)- | Causes the cursor to move to the left margin and down to the next line. |
10.Delete- | Deletes the character at the cursor. |
11. Insert- | Switches between insert mode and type over mode. |
12. Num Lock- | Switches the numeric keypad between numeric entry and editing. |
13. Numeric Keypad- | A calculator-type keyboard used to enter all-number copy and perform calculations. |
14. Arrow Keys- | Move the cursor in the direction indicated by the arrow on each key. |
15. Control (CTRL)- | Performs a software function when depressed as another key struck. |
16. Shift Key- | Makes capital letters and certain symbols when used with those keys. |

19. Caps Lock- | Capitalizes all letters when locked down. |
20. Tab- | Moves the cursor to a preset position. |
21. Escape (ESC)- | Exits unwanted menus and dialog boxes in word processing software. |
