Flight Cancel: Non-ARC credits

Flight Cancel: Non-ARC credits A non-arc Carrier does not maintain its ticketing data in the standard SABRE Database. Most of these are ticketless airlines. The most common is Southwest.
For Non-ARC carriers, you will need to contact the airline to cancel the ticket. We will use QE to log the credit if it is non-ref. If it is refundable, the carrier will process the refund.
1. Pull up PNR 2. Emulate 3. Check flight segments 4. Pull up the airline confirmation code which is located in the AFAX filed. Type in *P4 5. Call the airline to cancel the reservation
6. Supposed you have accessed or cancelled the reservation via airline’s website. You need to log the credit in QE 7. Cancel segments 8. Receive and ER 9. Log the credits in CTE through QE 10. Click Cancel/ Void Ticket button 11. Click OK.
12. Choose other ticket. 13. Fill in ticket details 14. Select ticketless ticket type 15. Fill in the ticket details 16. Click Ticket cancellation: 17. Click OK 18. Click Exit.
19. Go Back to the PNR and check if segments are already cancelled and if the ticket has already been logged by typing in *J‡. 20. Receive and ER
