Flight Cancel: Non- Refundable 1. Pull up PNR 2. Emulate 3. Check flight segments 4. Check ticket status 5. Check fare rules and advise customer 6. Cancel segments 7. Receive and ER 8. Log the credits in CTE through QE 9. Click Cancel/ Void Ticket button 10. Click OK
11. Highlight the ticket number you would like to log 12. Click cancel ticket: 13. Click OK 14. You are now able to log a non-ref ticket. It will direct you back to this screen if you would like to log another ticket:
15. Go Back to the PNR and check if segments are already cancelled and if the ticket has already been logged by typing in *J‡. 16. It will show you the ticket number: 17. Receive and ER
18. Run Agent intervention script and select air then complete cancel non-ref. 19. Run sync cancel script 20. Annotate the record for future counselors 21. Receive and ER
