What is Haiku? Haiku is a poem consisting 3 lines following the number of words in each sentence-5,7,5.
When is Haiku used? It is ususlly used/written to describe places/people/weather.
Where is Haiku originated from? Japan
Who uses Haiku? Usually the teachers, students or expert poets.
What other types of poems are there besides Haiku? Cinquain, Acrostic poems, Limerick, Ballad, Shape poem, Free verse.
Is Haiku present or past tense? Present tense.
Does Haiku have to rhyme? No, it does not.
