Editing Involves adding, deleting, and changing text in a document
Grammar checker Used to check the grammar of a document after you finish keying
Proofreading Comparing keyed text to the original copy, and correcting errors; one of the editing steps
Retrieving Opening (loading) an existing file, and displaying it on the screen
Spelling checker Used to check the spelling of a document after you finish keying
Thesaurus A feature for finding a synonym, or a word with a similar meaning, for a word in your document
