What is Primary data? Collected by "Me"
What is Secondary data? Reported by another source
What is Tertiary data? Citing something cited by someone else
What are the seven different kinds of surveys? Forced choice, True/False, Yes/No, Level of Agreement, Category, Closed-ended questions, Open-ended questions
Why do companies do product research and development? To improve the product and it's design
