| Glass Ceiling | an artificial limited place on minority groups moving into position of authority and decision making |
| Incentive Systems | the amount of compensations connected to the quality or quantity of an employees performance |
| Job analysis | a specific study of a job to identity detail the job duties and skill requirement |
| Labor Union | an organized groups of employees who negotiate with employers about issues, such as salary and wages & work conditions |
| Organizational Culture | the environment in which people work made up of the atomsphere |
| Outsourcing | removing work from one company and sending it to another company that can complete it at a lower cost |
| Promotion | any form of communication use to inform, persuade, or remind the advancement of an employee to a position |
| Termination | the end of an employment relationship between a company and an employee |
| Transfer | the assignment of an employee to another job in the company with a similar level of responsibility |

| Work Enviorment | the physical conditions and the physiological atmosphere in which employee work |
| Workforce | all of people 16 year or older who are employed or who are looking for a job |
