| Incentive systems | the amount of compensation connected to the quantity or quantity of an employees performence |
| Job analysis | A specific study of a job to identify in detail the job duties and skills requirements |
| Labor union | an organized group of employees who negotiate with employers about issues,such as wages and working conditions |
| Organizational culture | the environment in which people work,made up of the atomsphere,behaviors,beliefs,and relatioship |
| outsourcing | removing work from one company and sending it to another company that can complete it at a lower cost. |
