Attribute A formatting characteristic of text or a cell

Conditional formatting Formatting that is applied based on established criteria
Defualt A predefined setting You can accept Excel's defualt option setting or you can change them
Font A set of text characters desgined ti appear a certain way Calibri is the default font for excell 2007
Format Painter An excel feature that allows you to copy formatting from a cell or range of cells to another cell or range of cells
Hyperlink A shortcut or jump that opens a document stored on a network or server an intranet or internet
Merged cells Cells created by combining two or more adjacent vertical or horizontal cells
Mini toolbar a miniture formatting toolbar that displays above the right click shortcut menu
Point A measurement of the height of characters in a cell or height of the row
Select identify the cell or range of characters in a cell or the height of ta row
Style A set of formatting attributes you can apply tas a group to a cell or range of cells
