Analyzing Customer Service

| biased | Having or showing prejudice; influenced by personal feelings or interpretations. |
| CEO | Chief Executive Officer, the highest-ranking executive in a company or organization. |
| consulting | Giving professional advice to the public or to those practicing a specific profession. |
| franchise | A locally owned branch of a national or international company (McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, Starbucks, etc.). |
| intersperse | To scatter throughout or place at intervals. |
| objective (adj) | Not influenced by feelings, interpretations, or prejudice; unbiased. |
| speculate | To reason or think about the future, often based on inconclusive evidence. |
