Certificate an official document that proves you have successfully completed specific course contest and have the necessary skills for that area for you career
Commission earnings based on how much a worker sells

Nontraditional Occupation/career a career in which one gender has 25 percent or less of the total workers

Self Employed/Entrepreneur a person who organizes, manages, and assumes the risk of a business
