Accounting The action or process of keeping financial accounts.
Back-of-the-house A term referring to the kitchen area of a restaurant and staff who work in the kitchen
Engineering The action of working artfully to bring something about
Front-of-the-house Refers to the dining room of the restaurant and staff who directly interacts with customers
Human resources The personnel of a business or organization, especially when regarded as a significant asset.
Organizational behavior Is the study of the way people interact within groups
Organizational chart Is a diagram that shows the structure of an organization and the relationships and relative ranks of its parts and positions/jobs.
Organizing Arrange into a structured whole; order.
Revenue center Is a division that gains revenue from product sales or service provided
Role The function assumed or part played by a person or thing in a particular situation.
Support center Is equipped to route communications to the correct employees within an organization and is further defined as a part of an organization's overall CRM (customer relationship management) strategy.
