Revenue center | Is a division that gains revenue from product sales or service provided |
Role | The function assumed or part played by a person or thing in a particular situation. |
Support center | Is equipped to route communications to the correct employees within an organization and is further defined as a part of an organization's overall CRM (customer relationship management) strategy. |
