Opportunity Cost the value of the benefits of the best alternative that could have been chosen, but was not.
Trade Offs what you give up when you choose one alternative over another.
Delayed Gratification a willingness to give up something now in return for something later.
Procrastination waiting until the last minute to make a decision. (not leaving enough time to properly go through the decision making process.)
Impulsiveness is not taking the time to think through your decision.
Avoidance is avoiding making a decision all together.
Deferring is allowing another to make the decision for you.
Instant Gratification an unwillingness to give up something now in return for something later.
