Non-Verbal Communication Communication without words.
Written Communication Written communication is communicating by writting letters or typing.

Conflict A serious disagreement or argument between one another or a group.
Compromise an agreement or a settlement of a dispute between each side making agreements.
Active Listing Active listening is a communication technique used in training.
