Urea is a major end product of protein and amino acid metabolism. Kidney are responsible for excreting them. If the levels are elevated, it may indicate a kidney failure.
The normal range of urine pH is: 5.0-8.0 On the pH scale, 7.0 represents a neutral reading. Readings lower than 7.0 are acidic and higher than 7.0 are basic. The normal range of urine is from slightly acid to slightly basic.
