What are the two main tasks of training evaluators? (1) They must determine if a change took place in the behaviors, knowledge, skills, attitudes, or motivation level of training program participants. (2) demonstrate that the changes were a result of the training program.
What factors mayinfluence the training location (3) ability of the attendees to concentrate (avoid distractions), configuration of tables and chairs to achieve training goals, and resources needed (e.g.; computer lab).
What are four categories of criteria that can be used when evaluating training programs (Kirkpatrick)? Level 2 -- Reactions (Did learners like it?), Level 2—Learning (Did they learn it?) Level 3—Behavior (Did they use it?) Level 4—Results (Did the training investment pay off?)
