Define "Planning HR Needs": A) Strategic Planning - involves company strategic mission. B) Short/Med Range Planning
Define "Staffing": Recruiting, vetting, overseeing applications, tests evaluations, adherence to legal bounds.
Define "Compensation and Motivating Employees": Direct Compensation (performance of job), indirect compensation(being a member of the organization)
