Occasion A special or important event.
Determination Having a strong desire to do something.
Furious Very angry.
Mission Something that you must do.
Segregation The practice of separating people of different races, sexes, or religions.
Courageously Bravely: confidently dealing with a dangerous or painful situation.
Commemoration The act of remembering and respecting an important person or event in the past.
Reconciliation A situation in which two people become friendly again after fighting.
Bitter Jealous and upset because you feel you have been treated unfairly.
Rapprochement The establishment of a friendly relationship after a period of conflict.
Inconsistencies A situation in which two statements are different, and both cannot be true.
Incredulously Being unable or unwilling to believe something.
Hick Uneducated, a person who lives in the country, regarded as being unintelligent.
Remorseful To be sorry for something you had done.
Coaxed Talked (persuaded) into doing something.
Deceased A dead person.
Armory A place where guns and other military equipment is kept.
Precise Exact; following the rules or form.
Caravan A single line of vehicles traveling together.
Intervals Spaces.
Imposing Impressive, due to size or power.
Salute Greet formally, often by a gesture of the hand.
Peered Looked carefully or intently, with some difficulty.
