Entrepreneur person who comes up with an idea for a business and takes both personal and financial risks to start the business
Employer rights to set up and run the business as they want, to hire suitable staff, to expect fair day's work from employees and loyalty
Employer responsibilities to obey all labour laws, to treat all employees equally, provide a safe and healthy workplace, to pay agreed wages and to provide written contract of employment
Probationary period is a trial period given to new employees
