| Satisfaction | motivated by desire to help others (Reward) |
| Income | to earn a living (Reward) |
| Creativity | proves an outlet for a person's need for creative expression (Reward) |
| Loss | If the enterprise fails (Risk) |
| Stressful | Waste of time and energy if the enterprise fails (Risk) |
