What follows the employer's name? Work place
What follows the work place? Location
What follows the location? City, State, and Area code

What follows the salutation? body paragraphs
What follows the body paragraph? final salutation
What follows the final salutation? Your signature
What follows your signature? Your printed name
What must be included in the final body paragraph? Closing statements.
