o Keyboarding posture/ergonomics | proper keyboarding position for hands at 90 degree angle or greater |

o Saving documents | go to the file ribbon and use “Save As” when saving for the first time |
o Copy / Paste | Highlight text, right click to copy, move the insertion Point, Right click and paste, CTRL + C, CTRL + V |

o Page layout | portrait / landscape. Portrait is vertical, Landscape horizontal |

o RAM/ROM | Random Access Memory: temporarily stored in your computer and will not stay when the computer is turned off. Read Only memory: permanent memory that will stay on your computer when turned off |
