Identify the different parts of a business letter

SALUTATION The greeting of a letter (Ex: Dear Santa Clause )
COMPLIMENTARY CLOSE The end of a letter
INSIDE ADDRESS The address of the person receiving the letter
DATELINE The month, date and year a letter is composed
TYPIST INITIALS The initials of the person typing the letter
RETURN ADDRESS The address of the person writing the letter
BODY The main message of a letter
SS Single Space
DS Double Space
QS Quadruple Space
