TermDefinition
Bitmapped Graphics The images are created with a matrix of picture elements and are generated here.
Cell One intersection of a row and a column in a table or worksheet.
Database Is a collection of related information organized in a manner that allows for rapid search and retrieval.
Field The columns in the table.
Multimedia Is defined as the use of text, graphics, audio, and video in some combination to create an effective means of communication and interaction.
Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) Is a technology developed by Microsoft that lets you create a document or object in one program and then link or embed that data into another program.
Presentation Software Is a computer program you use to organize and present information,normally in the front of a slide show.
Primary Key Is assigned to a field, uniquely identifies each record in a table.
Query Asks a question about the data stored in the table.
Record The rows in the table.
Table A datasheet that stores subject based data. it is the primary object in an access database.
Text Editor Word processor that support word wrap basic features.
Utility Program Helps you perform computer housekeeping chores.
Vector Graphics A drawing program is a graphics program used for creating illustration. where images are saved.
Word-Processing Software Is a widely used type of application.
Workbook where worksheets are stored.
Worksheet/Spreadsheet Is a row and column arrangement of data.
