Bitmapped Graphics Pixels
Cell The point of intersection of a column and a row.
Database Is a collection of related information organized in a manner that allows for rapid search and retrieval.
Datasheet A paper copy of an excel worksheet.
Field Column in a table.
Multimedia Text, graphics, audio and video.
Object A container that you create in the database, such as a table.
Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) Technology developed by Microsoft that lets you create a document or object in one program and then link or embed that data into another program.
Presentation Software A computer program you use to organize and present information, normally in the form of a slide show.
Primary Key Assigned to a field, it uniquely identifies each record in a table.
Query Asks a question about the data stored in a table.
Record Rows in a table.
Table A composition of columns and rows, referred to as fields and records.
Text Editor Basic features in a word processor.
Utility Program Help perform computer housekeeping chores.
Vector Graphics A saved illustration from a graphics-drawing program.
Word-Processing Software A software that allows you to create, edit, and print documents and then save them electronically.
Workbook A file that you open when you start Excel.
Worksheet A grid in Excel.
