Working with Documents

TermDefinition
Cell the intersection of a column and a row in a table or worksheet
COntent control a special placeholder designed to contain a specific type of text, such as a date or the page number
Document information panel a pane that you can display at the top of the document window in which you can view or add properties to a document
Footer text that is printed at the bottom of each page
Gridline the lines in a table that form the rows and columns
Header text that is printed at the top of each page
Orphan the last line of a paragraph at the top of a page
Page break the place where one page ends and another begins
property identifying information about a file that is saved along with a file, such as the author's name and the data the file was created
