file versioning | A feature included with some team- and business-level public cloud storage. The file system saves multiple previous versions of a 302file, making it possible to view and restore a prior version. |
version history | In file versioning, the list of previous versions of a file, including information such as when a document was changed, which user changed it, and any comments made. |
check out | In some collaboration platforms, an action and status that shows other users the name of the person currently editing the shared document. |
check in | In some collaboration platforms, an action and status that shows other users that the shared document is now available for them to check out and edit. |
webinar | A large online meeting in which the organizer shares information such as an online presentation, documents, audio, and video. |
