Data Source The file containing the information that varies in each document
Mail Merge Combines a document with information that personalizes the document
Main Document A document with information that does not change
Merge Field Place holders that are replaced with data from the data source when you preform the merge
Template A file that contains the basic elements of a document, such as a page and paragraph formatting, fonts, and text.
Track Changes Keeps record of any changes you or the receiver make
Workgroup Collaborations The process of working together in teams, sharing comments, and exchanging ideas for a common purpose
