Small claims court Its used by consumers with claims under 1500 euro
Loss leader A product that sold at a loss
Below cost seller Selling at a loss to attract attention
receipt proof of purchase
Bar codes a code to identify the product
Caveat emptor (Let the buyer beware) making sure the consumer knows what the quality is like
