Folder A spot to keep all of your files
Fraud a deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual
Hacker computer enthusiast
Hard Disk a magnetic disk which you can store computer data
Hardware a device that is physically connected to your computer
Icon picture, image or representative

Intellectual Property ideas and concepts created or owned by a person or company.
Internet a vast computer network linking smaller computer networks worldwide
Log off to log off the computer without shutting down
Log On to get on your computer
Memory the mental capacity of retaining and reviving facts
Menu any list or set of items
Monitor the computer screen
Mouse a tool you use to click words or pictures on the computer
My Computer Allows the user to see the different drives and network resources
Network communicate with or within a group
Operating System (OS) software designed to control the hardware of a specific data processing system in order to allow users and application programs to make use of it

Recycle Bin an icon where you can drag items that you want to throw away

Search Engine a computer program that retrieves documents or files or data from a database or from a computer network
Server a computer that provides client stations with access to printers and files as shared resources to a computer network
Shutdown to turn your computer off or to restart the computer
Software written programs or procedures or rules and associated documentation pertaining to the operation of a computer system and are stored in read/write memory
Start Menu it has all of the applications and it is located at the bottom left corner of the screen
Terms of Use explains a site’s rules regarding permission
Trademark name or symbol that identifies a product with a specific owner
Uniform Resource Locator the address of a webpage on the World Wide Web
Username used as identification when logging on to the computer and more.
Web Browser a program used to view HTML documents
