Co-teaching

Lead and support One teacher leads the lesson and the other teacher moves around room providing support to students as needed
Station teaching Each teacher operates a station teaching different lessons. Sometime during the class, the students will switch stations.
Parallel teaching Class is split in half and each teacher delivers the same lesson to one half of the class.
Alternative teaching Teachers plan lesson together. One teacher leads small group while the other teaches the rest of the class.
Team teaching Both teachers deliver the lesson together.

modification a change in what is being taught to or expected from the student
inclusion educating all students in the same classroom with the assistance of a special educator as necessary
