What is Hospitality Marketing?

| marketing mix | the way a business combines the marketing elements of product, price promotion, and distribution to meet the needs of its customers |
| service marketing | based on selling intangible products by the hospitality industry such as the comfortable feeling, safe, clean rooms, individual attention where the business only gets one chance to make a good first impression |
| target market | a specific group of people who share similar characteristics |
| yield management | the practice of varying the price of a room based on current demand |
