Why is this good for a company - Ensures employees are focused on the issues - Ensures employees are aware of what isnt acceptable - Ensures there is no bias

Why is teleworking good for both employers and employees - Cheaper as worker can work at home so space, bills, security costs are conserved - Cheaper transport for employee as they can stay at home
Why is video conferencing good for both employers and employees - easy communication with clients and other staff globally. - cheaper as flights or expensive calls arent required
Why are some jobs lost due to this movement Unskilled manual labour job or basic task jobs can be filled by computers, basic data entry or calculation jobs can be done by computers, using automated systems instead of call transfer staff
What are some jobs created by this movement - System designers - System analysts - Programmers - data entry - system maintenance - "IT" (the people you call when you forgot your password)
Why is this movement difficult for the older generation The new systems may require training to use, many find it difficult to adapt to the new methods. (Accountants using spreadsheets etc)
