Enterprise This involves identifying needs in society and taking the initiative to satisfy these needs and turn them into opportunities
Entrepreneur An entrepreneur is someone who has the initiative and takes the risk involved in setting up a new enterprise.
Intrapreneur An Intrapreneur engages in entrepreneurial activity and comes up with new ideas within the business in which they are employed
Delegation Giving more responsibility to people. Delegation is sharing the workload.
Responsibility Training them to use the responsibility. A manager should give staff assignments and ensure that assignments are completed efficiently.
Risks Encouraging them to take risks in exercising their responsibility. The risk is loss of a job.
Rewards Rewarding people for their efforts. Providing finance and support for people to try new things.
Flexibility enterprising people accept change as natural. They learn from mistakes and failures and are always checking feedback to see if the job can be improved.
Confidence enterprising people have high self-image and self-confidence. They look for solutions rather than problems.
