Keyboarding vocabulary
| Posture | . A position of the body |

| Hardware | the collection of physical elements that constitutes a computer system |
| Alt + tab | the collection of physical elements that constitutes a computer system |
| Homerow | a key concept in typing (sorry for the pun!). It is that middle horizontal row of the keyboard that starts with A and goes all the way across. |
| Accuracy | the quality or state of being correct or precise. |

| Backspace | the keyboard key that originally pushed the typewriter carriage one position backwards, and in modern computer systems moves the display cursor |
| Keyboarding posture | the science concerned with designing safe and comfortable machines for humans |
| Caps lock | a lock key found on many computer keyboards, depending on the local keyboard layout they implement |
| Keyboarding Shortcut | a combination of keys that, pressed simultaneously, perform some task that ordinarily would take longer or necessitate using the mouse. |
| Conrol key (Ctrl) | modifier key which, when pressed in conjunction with another key, performs a special operation |
| QWERTY | he most common modern-day keyboard layout for Latin script |
