| Posture | the position of a person's body while standing or sitting |

| Homerow | Touch typing is typing without using the sense of sight to find the keys. |
| Accuracy | the quality or state of being correct or precise. |
| Backspace | a key on a typewriter or computer keyboard that causes the carriage or cursor to move backward. |
| Caps Lock | Caps lock is a lock key found on many computer keyboards, depending on the local keyboard layout they implement. |
| Control key (Ctrl) Control key (Ctrl) | a key that alters the function of another key if both are pressed at the same time |
| Cursor Control Key | (Cursor-control keys (keyboard)) Keys on terminal or microcomputer keyboards, usually designated with arrows, that position the screen cursor up, down, right or left. |
| Delete | remove or obliterate (written or printed matter), esp. by drawing a line through it or marking it with a delete sign. |
| Enter/Return | come or go into (a place). |
| Home keys | a key on a computer or typewriter keyboard that acts as the base position for one's fingers in touch-typing. |
| Function keys | a button on a computer keyboard, distinct from the main alphanumeric keys, to which software can assign a particular function. |
