Posture | the position of a person's body while standing or sitting |
alt+tab | switch between windows |
accuracy | the quality or state of being correct or precise |
backspace | a key on a typewriter or computer keyboard that causes the carriage or cursor to move backward |
caps lock | a lock key found on many computer keyboards |
control key | a key that alters the function of another key if both are pressed at the same time |
cursor control key | Keys on terminal or microcomputer keyboards, usually designated with arrows, that position the screen cursor up, down, right or left |
delete | discards the character ahead of the cursor's position, moving all following characters one position "back" towards the freed letterspace |
enter/return | a key on a computer keyboard that is used to perform various functions, such as executing a command or selecting options on a menu |
home keys | a key on a computer or typewriter keyboard that acts as the base position for one's fingers in touch-typing |
function keys | a button on a computer keyboard, distinct from the main alphanumeric keys, to which software can assign a particular function |
gross wpm | the typing speed that you typed in one minute its getting by total key Stroke and then divided by total minute to get word per minute speed. |

homerow | the row on a typewriter or computer keyboard that contains the keys to which four fingers of each hand return as a base, on a QWERTY keyboard being A, S, D, and F for the left hand and J, K, L, and the semicolon for the right. |

keyboard shortcut | a set of one or several keys that invoke a software or operating system operation when triggered by the user |
QWERTY | denoting the standard layout on English-language typewriters and keyboards, having q, w, e, r, t, and y as the first keys from the left on the top row of letters |
service keys | a key that perform routine maintenance or repair work on a vehicle or machine |
shift key | 1.keyboard key making letters capitals: a key on a computer or typewriter keyboard that is pressed to produce capital letters or other characters |
software | 1.programs and applications for computer: programs and applications that can be run on a computer system, e.g. word processing or database packages |
spacebar | a horizontal bar on a typewriter keyboard that is depressed in order to resume typing one space to the right. |
PrtSc | Print screen is a key present on most PC keyboards. It is typically situated in the same section as the break key and scroll lock key. The print screen may share the same key as system request. |
