Caveat Emptor Let the buyer beware: if something is too good to be true it probably is.
Branding The identity of a particular product.
Impulse buying Buying without thinking.
False Econmeny A deal that is seems good but turns out bad in the long run.
Third Party Looks at a consumer problem & tries to find a solution.
Repair The product is mended free of charge.
Replacement The same model of a product instead of the one you returned.
Refund Your money back.
Credit Note A voucher from the shop to the value of goods returned.
