firewall is hardware or software that protects a computer or network from intruders
home page the first web page you see when your browser opens
drill down to click a link that opens a new web page within the site
site map an index of all the main pages in the site that you may ues to jump straight to a page
bookmark is a shortcut stored in your browser that takes you directly to the web page
favorits when you click the web page name in the favorites list the browser goes to that page
history site that you have visited for the past days or even weeks
print preview allows you to view a page so you can see how it will look when it is printed
search engine is a special` kind of web site that lets you search for other web pages using keywords
boolean search this is a search that uses keywords plus special symbols to find the exact information
