Advertising Agencies Companies that exist solely to help clients sell their products
Cooperative Advertising Arrangement where by advertising is paid for by both a manufacturer and a local advertiser
Headline Lettering, slogan, or saying that gets the readers attention
Copy The selling message in a written advetisement
Illustration The photograph or drawing used in a print advertisement to draw attention
Clip art stock drawings, photographs, and headlines clipped from a printed sheet and pasted into an advertisement
Signature Logo
Slogan Catch phrase or small group of words that are combined in a special way to present an advertising message
Ad Layout Rough draft that shows the general arrangement and appearance of a finished ad
Advertising proof Shows exactly how an ad will appear when printed
