| Goals | Objectives set for the future to be achieved |
| Initiative | The ability to do or achieve something without being told to do so |
| Innovation | Innovation is the application of better solutions that meet new requirements |
| Networking | Exchanging information or services among individuals groups or services |
| Planning | Planning is the process of thinking about and organizing the activities required to achieve a desired goal |
