TermDefinition
Quotation This is sent by the supplier to customers. It gives details about the goods they have in stock.
Letter of Enquiry This is sent from the buyer to the seller to find out the price of the goods available.
Order This is sent by the customer to the supplier, indicating the goods the customer wishes to have purchased.
Invoice This is sent by the supplier to the customer. It is the final figure that the customer owes.
Delivery Docket This is signed by the customer when it is delivered.
Payment The customer is pays the amount due to the supplier.
Receipt Once the payument is made, the supplier will issue this. This concludes the transaction
