| bulleted list | a seires of text that uses characters such as dots or diamonds to present information in no particular order |
| numbered list | a series of text that uses numbers to present information in a particular order |
| margin | the space around the sides top and botom of the paper |
| default | a setting the computer automaticly connects unless you change it |
| tab | a select distance for moving the insertion point |
| indent | determines the distance of a paragraph from either the left or right margin |
| quotation | the exact words that someone else wrote or said |
| header | shows information at the top of each page |
| footer | shows information at the bottom of each page |
