orientation | describes the direction of the page you will print on |

bulleted list | a series of text that uses characters,such as dots or diaomands,to present information in no particular order |
numbered list | a series of text that uses numbers to present information in a particular order |
margin | the space around the sides,top, and the bottom of the paper |
default | a setting that the computer automatically selects unless you change it |
tab | is a set distance for moving the insertion point |
indent | determines the distance of a paragraph from either the left or right margin |
quotation | is the exact words that someone else wrote or said |
header | shows information at the top of each page |
footer | shows information at the bottom of each page |
citation | the detailed information about each sorce |
title page | is a seperate page at the beginning of a report or research paper |
desktop publishing | applications that allow you to use text,graphics,photographs, and othe features to create newletters,brochures,web pages, and similiar documents |
wordArt | a feature in Microsoft Word that allows you to create colorful,eye-catching text by taking your letters or words and changing them into pictures or graphic |
table | a grid of rows and columns that organizes complex information so that it is easy to find and understand |
column | information arranged vertically |
row | information organized horizontally |
cell | the box formed at the intersection of a row and a column, either in a table or a spreadsheet |
