| Proofread | You can check to make sure the document makes senseand have no mis-spelled words. |

| copy | You can duplicate text or pictures by clicking copy. |
| paste | You can place anything to a new space by clicking paste. |
| synonym | Are words that have similar meanings. |
| Accessibility | Refers to how easily available something is. |
| text bar | Is a moveable box that lets you type anywhere on a document page. |
| group | You can group words and it helps you to reach a project's needs. |
| logo | Is a graphical design that is often used to serve as a visual re-minder of a compainie's services. |
| Privacy | Ia the act of copying or sharing righted material without permission. |
| File sharing | Often breaks copyright laws and causes great financial loses. |
| format | Refers to the way the font looks. |
| font | Is the shape of the letters,numbers,and characters. |
| orientation | Describes the direction of the page or the paper you will print on. |
| alignment | Describes wether the text is lined up with the left or right. |
| bulleted list | A type of lists that makes or can make information easy to read.It also inserts dots called before each item. |
| numbered list | Numbered lists are a little bit different from bulleted lists because they put numbers in before each item,it lists information in a specific order. |
| margin | A space around the sides,top, and bottom of the paper. |
| default | A setting that the computer automaticically chooses unless you change it. |
| tab | A set distance for moving the insertion point. |
| indent | The distance of a paragraph from either the left or right of the margin. |
| quotation | The exact words that someone else wrote or said. |
| header | It shows information at the top of each page. |
| footer | It shows information at the bottom of each page. |
| citation | It is detailed information about each source is called a citation. |
| title page | A seperate page at the beginning of a a report or research paper. |
| Desktop publishing | Applications that allows you to use text ,graphics,photographs, and otherfeautures to create newsletters,brochures,web pages, and simular documents. |
