| save as | a command to rename a file at the same time as moving it to a new location |
| shortcut | is a icon that is a direct link to a file or folder |
| keyword | is a word keyed into a search box that matches the topic you are looking for |
| content search | look for information from a list of categories and topics |
| keyword search | key one or more keywords. |
