| save as | lets you rename a file and at the same time, copy the file by saving it to a new location |
| shortcut | is an icon that is a direct link to a file or folder |
| keyword | is a word or words keyed into a search box that matches the topic you are looking for |
| content search | looking for information from a list of categories and topics |
| keyword search | key one or more keywords the search results includes all of the topics in which the keywords appear |
