Services schould be ? Provided with due care and attention. Nessecary skils. Any material used must be of merchantable quality.
Unsolicated good/ inertia selling ? Illegal to sell unsolicated goods and demand payment.
What is a consumer ? A consumer is someone who buys goods or uses services.
